It's either a problem from Tudor side or an issue with the lume material from the supplier they use, it's quite a common problem with the Pelagos and some Omegas which has a lumed bezel. After several ocean swims - always followed by thorough rinses - the bezel on my 2-year old Pelagos feels as good as new. From your photo, it does look like the lume simply fell out (as there doesn't appear to be any other damage around that bezel area), something that, hopefully, Rolex/Tudor will take care of. The P39 had initial issues with the intensity of the lume on the hands being less than the hour markers and very few issues with the appliques on the dial being misaligned. Around 3 weeks ago, when getting the watch out of the safe to wear, I noticed slight discolouration to the Bezel lume plots (countdown graduation 10 to 20). I spent a considerable amount of time, inspecting the bezel under a loupe, and even attempted to clean the bezel with water and a soft cloth. I don't know if the issue on the luminous material on the bezel has been resolved on the newer 4 line Pelagos watch. I have an older 2 line Pelagos and it's missing some lume (see below). I bought the watch used and inquired at an AD about repair. Unfortunately this 25500T Pelagos (as well as the newer in-house models) appear to have bezel issues as some have posted about here before. Putting this information out there to help anyone else who searches online about this problem! I've been a long time owner of a 25500 Pelagos (ETA movement) and while I've enjoyed wearing it, it's also given me some grief at times, specifically with the bezel locking up. Well this time I took it upon myself to fix it so I decided to document it for reddit. =)
